Once the items are received at the logistics center and checked for defects, Audes will issue a credit voucher equal to the returned goods' value.
The voucher will be visible within 48 hours (timing to be confirmed) in the "MY ACCOUNT" section under "VOUCHERS."
The voucher can only be used by the account holder within their reserved area and will expire at the end of the contract between Audes and BMW.
1.1 Customs Duties
The customer is responsible for customs duties, which are calculated based on the law in the destination country.
The exact amount will be communicated by the courier once the shipment arrives.
If the duties are not paid and the shipment is refused or abandoned, shipping and customs costs will be deducted from the total order value, and only the difference will be refunded.
2. Payments
2.1 Bank Transfer
Payment by bank transfer is possible and must be made within 7 (seven) business days from the order date.
If payment is not received by that time, the order will be automatically canceled without notice.
Bank details will be shown at checkout and sent via email.

We accept major international credit cards, including: VISA, MasterCard, and American Express (AMEX).
Credit card payment is processed on a secure and encrypted platform according to international safety standards.
3. Returns
To ensure transparent and efficient service, here is all the information needed to manage order issues:
3.1 Size Returns
Customers can request a return by filling out the online return form in the "My Account / Order History" section:
Identify the order
Click on "Details"
Select the items to be returned
Specify the reason
Click "Request Return"
Once return authorization is received via email, the items can be sent using a courier or standard postal service.
After receiving and checking the returned items, if they meet return conditions, a voucher will be issued for future purchases.
No monetary refunds or item replacements will be made.
The voucher code will be issued after the return is approved and sent via email.
3.2 Defective Item
If you receive a damaged or defective product, we will replace it at our expense after verifying the issue.

4. Privacy
4.1 AUDES has adopted a Privacy Policy for handling customer personal data, especially for legal, accounting, and tax obligations.
The documentation is an integral part of these Terms.
4.2 By accepting the Terms, the customer also confirms they have read the Privacy Notice upon registration.
5. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
5.1 The sales contract and its execution are governed by Italian Law, excluding conflict-of-law rules and the UN Convention on the International Sale of Goods.
Any disputes shall be under the jurisdiction of the court in the supplier's place of residence.
